The PCCHC presents monthly changing exhibits of
contemporary art by area, national and international artists in the
Passaic County Community College’s Broadway,
LRC and Hamilton
Club Galleries. A permanent exhibit of the College’s Hamilton
Club Art collection comprised of 19th and early 20th century
paintings, prints and decorative arts, and the Studio Collection of
Paterson sculptor Gaetano
Federici, gifted to the College by the Nicholas Martini
Foundation, are also housed in the Hamilton
Club Building and are open to the public free of charge.
Guided tours of
the galleries are available to schools, community groups and the
general public who, while enjoying the beautiful collections also
get acquainted with the contemporary works and the local artists who
created them. Art exhibits are scheduled to observe celebrations of
various heritage months as appropriate. Free arts and crafts
workshops are also offered to the community.
