Information Literacy instruction has been integrated into the curriculum of every first-year student at PCCC. Incoming students are required to take a one-credit course entitled The College Experience. This course includes a two-week Information Literacy module. Students are given an online orientation to the Library (LRC) and its resources, and are asked to complete several assignments, culminated by an Information Literacy Research Project. The purpose of this Web site is to provide documentation and outcomes on Information Literacy initiatives at Passaic County Community College (PCCC).
